BC Rural Development Consultants was founded in 2011 by Beth Oldham to provide grant writing and resource development services to nonprofit agencies and municipalities in Canada and the U.S. Drawing on almost 30 years of experience in grant writing and non-profit resource development, BC Rural Development offers clients unparalleled writing and editing services, program design and development services, business planning, policy research and analysis, and program evaluation.
